How do we find our peace in a world that’s gone astray?
Teaching our children it’s not what they own but how and what they say,
that will shape the real fabric of who they will become, that quality trumps quantity, and life is not always fun.
How do we fill them with wisdom that will prepare them for the war? Against the many evils that have not been revealed before?
The task at hand is daunting, as we watch the lighting change, but they do not sense the danger; to them, it’s not that strange.
It’s creeping into every day, cloaked in normality, to steal the hearts and minds of every child that it can see.
Trying to weave confusion in every little soul to blur the lines of who they are and of their God-given roles.
With his and hers being becoming “it” the trust in sight is skewed, so many messages totally mixed, not sure who’s a girl or a dude.
We are that generation, the last to know the truth, and the task at hand is enormous to teach values to our precious youth.
We need to raise an army in the face of adversity; the only way that we can fight is daily on our knees. To show up with an example to stand firm on respect and love
While daily teaching everything from our Father up above.
